Cada
17 de marzo celébrase o día de San Patricio, unha data moi importante para os
irlandeses.
Con
motivo desta festa dende o Departamento de Inglés e coa axuda da nosa auxiliar
de conversa Kayla, organizáronse diversas actividades como a elaboración de
manualidades con elementos desta celebración (trébol da sorte, o lechepraun, o
arco da vella e o caldeiro de ouro entre outros), xogos colaborativos, un scape
room ou pasatempos. Ademáis, o alumnado de Educación Infantil e quinto de
Primaria levaron a cabo bailes irlandeses.

Every 17th of March, St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated, a very important date in Ireland.
To celebrate this festivity, the English Department, with the help of our conversation assistant Kayla, organized a variety of activities, such as crafting projects featuring elements of the celebration (like the lucky clover, the leprechaun, the rainbow, and the pot of gold, among others), collaborative games, an escape room, and puzzles.
In addition, the students from Early Childhood Education and Fifth Grade performed Irish dances.
